At Sahakar Papad, we are committed to delivering our high-quality papads to you in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related information.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, including major metro cities and regional areas.
For international orders, please contact us directly at sahakardigital@gmail.com.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Please note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., weather, courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Charges are exempted for all orders.
  • In case of returns, Shipping charges will not be paid by the company.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  • You can use the tracking link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Packaging

All products are packed with care to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit.
If your package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Kindly make a video of opening of the parcel. 

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
  • No one available to accept the delivery
  • Repeated delivery failure by courier

…the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).

8. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Natural calamities
  • National holidays or local restrictions
