Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sahakar Papad. We take pride in our handcrafted papads and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at sahakardigital@gmail.com or calling +91 94297 99344.
  • After Dispatch:
    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. .

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You received the wrong item.

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear video of opening the received parcel.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once reviewed, we will initiate the refund/exchange if eligible.

  • Self -Return Policy– Any issue other than wrong item will not be entertained. If the customer wants to return the item with any other issues, it will be a Self- Return. The company will not be responsible for its return shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet) within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-refundable / Non-returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Items purchased during sales or special promotions
  • Perishable items (e.g., opened or used food products)
  • Orders placed with incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer
