Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sahakar Papad. We take pride in our handcrafted papads and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at sahakar.g.u@gmail.com or calling +91 94297 99344.

  • After Dispatch:
    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return policy.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund if eligible.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet) within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Refunds exclude shipping or delivery charges unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Non-refundable / Non-returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Items purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Perishable items (e.g., opened or used food products)

  • Orders placed with incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer
